Unfortunately a refund can not be approved as no insurance was purchased to cover the damage of this unit. As outlined in our terms and conditions, if no insurance is purchased – the liability falls upon the consumer.
I asked to cancel the order and obtain a refund and this was rejected citing the invoice states that Sydney Tools may take up to the 14th of September to dispatch the items. This will be 13 days to pack and ship an item.
I have such error if I have system shutdown or network problem. You really don't have a duplicate in your db. That is mysql db error...all you need to do is that, if you do your insertion and it is not true, just alter one of the columns of your table you want to insert into either from varchar to text or bigint and then redo the insertion. That will solve the problem.
I wonder if they packaged up some one else's order into the parcel by mistake. Maybe some one else got your items in their parcel.
Kincrome spanners are made in China and have poor dimensioning tolerance for the broaching, for some good Taiwanese spanners go for Toptul IMHO.
Out of the selection of tools, probably a quarter of them don't have any plastic wrapping which all of the others came with and those tools do have varying levels of dust etc on them (Possibly shop display items?).

If you are buying power tools from them make sure the tool is labelled with an Australian compliance mark (RCM) (Tick inside a C inside a triangle) Power tools are required by law to bear these compliance marks.
